The trail follows paths partly through young pine forest then over a mire that is paved with boards. You pass over some wet areas and then on through mixed forest.
The trail follows a felling edge with a lot of wind traps before you come out on the meadow road the last bit into Trossnarvsvallen. There is a hayloft open for overnight stays. The length of the trail is 2.8 km, duration ca: 2 h
